文章分析了新疆塔塔尔族的文化程度及其文化构成在年龄、性别上的差异，总结了塔塔尔族总体文化水平较高的主要原因。
The article analyzes the literate level of the Tatar people in Xinjiang and the difference in their culture constitution reflected on age and sex and the reason that their general literate level is relatively high.
