补肾活血、益气活血方药对脑缺血老龄大鼠脑电图和脑含水量的影响

摘要 目的探讨缺血性脑损伤病理,比较补肾活血与益气活血方药防治缺血性脑损伤的机制,为临床运用提供依据。方法制作老龄大鼠急性脑缺血模型,观察益元活血丹胶囊及益气活血方膏剂对脑缺血老龄大鼠脑电图和脑含水量的影响。结果与老龄模型组对照,活血组及益气活血组脑电图幅值显著增高,其中益气活血组作用更明显;而脑含水量方面,益元活血组及益气活血组则明显低于老龄模型组。结论老龄大鼠急性脑缺血时脑电图和脑含水量变化明显;益元活血和益气活血方药对急性脑缺血防护作用显著,脑电图幅值及脑含水量改善较明显。 Objective:To study the pathology of ischemic brain tissue injury,and study the mechanism ofthe Reinforcing the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction,Yiyuanhuoxue Pellet(益元活血丹,YP),the Invigorating Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction,Yiqihuoxue Decoction(益气活血方,YD),while to compare these two TCM formulae.So as to produce evidence for the clinical application.Methods:Via the model of both common carotid arteries(CCA)obstructed,to observe the effect of YP and YD on the ECG and water ratio of the aged rats with cerebral ischemia.Results:Compared with the eldly model group,EEG amplitude of the brain tissue of rats received YP and YD rised,and that of those received YD was more dramatic.In respect of water ratio,that of rats received YP and YD was lower than of the eldly model group.Conclusion:EEG amplitude and water ratio of aged rats with cerebral ischemia alterate significantly ischemia.It shows YP and YD could significantly reduce the cerebral injuries caused by ischemia,and ameliorate the EEG amplitude and water ratio charmingly.
