摘要
浸润式蒸发冷却优越于其它冷却方式 ,为电机定子的运行提供了安全、可靠、高效绝缘及传热的大环境。本文以一台高功率密度、高速整流异步发电机的定子为研究对象 ,根据制造厂的工艺允许条件 ,提出一种适合于浸润式蒸发冷却电机定子的新型绝缘结构 ,运用有限元方法及仿真软件 ,对该结构中的电场分布进行了系统的分析与计算 ,为同类型电机的设计提供了理论依据。
Infiltration type evaporative cooling is superior to other cooling methods. It offers a safe and reliable operating environment which can provide effective stator insulation and heat transfer . Taking a high power density and high speed commutate asynchronous generator as research object ,and according to the manufacturer ′s possible technic condition , this paper introduced a new type of stator insulation structure adapting to evaporative cooling mode , gave a systematic analysis and calculation on electric field distribution of the new insulation system by using FEM and a simulation software. The results provide theoretical foundation for designing similar generator.
