摘要
对复杂的曲线、曲面的高速高精度加工一直是数控加工中的一个难题。该文分析了影响曲线、曲面加工精度和速度的因素,提出了一种基于累加弦长的三次参数样条曲线插补算法,并采用脉冲均匀化、速度预处理等方法,将其运用于GL-2000数控系统取得了非常好的效果。
High speed and accuracy machining of complicated surfaces is a difficult problem in machining. In this paper,the factors which influence the high speed and accuracy CNC machining are analyzed,and a cubic spline interpolation algorithm is presented,which takes the accumulated chord as its parameter.The velocity adjusting and smooth movement problem in the interpolation are deeply discussed,and a control method which uniformizes the driving pulses of the stepping motor is presented. Satisfying machining quality and efficiency are obtained on the GL-2000 CNC machine tool.
