摘要
本文介绍高效新品种捕收剂RA—316的制取方法、生产工艺、物化常数测定及其选矿应用研究结果。RA—315捕收剂是以塔尔油(Tall oil)为主体原料,经氯化反应和氧化反应后进行进一步加工处理而得。它具有性能良好、原料来源广泛、生产工艺简单、价廉和无毒等特点。它不仅适合于作为我国鞍钢齐大山铁矿反浮选捕收剂,而且用它选别东鞍山难选铁矿、弓长岭铁矿及美国蒂尔登(Tilden)铁矿均获得了比其他药剂更为优越的经济技术指标。此外,它还可用于选别其他金属矿和非金属矿。目前,正在建设年产3000t规模的药剂工厂生产RA—315供选矿厂使用。
Thes paper describes the preparation method, production technology, measurement of physicochemical constants and application results of RA—315 collector. RA—315 is an efficient collector which is prepared by choridization and oxidization of tall oil as its essential raw material, followed by further processing of it. This collector is characterized by good property, rich resources of raw material, simple preparation technology, low cost and non-toxicity. It can be used as the collector for reverse flotation of Qidashan Iron ore of the Anshan Iron and Steel Complex. In beneficiations of Donganshan refractory iron ore. Gongchanglin iron ore and Tilden iron ore. better economic and technical results were obtained by RA—315 than by other reagents. At present a 3000t/y production plant is under construction.
