摘要
在柱齿钎头冷压固齿工艺的研究中,我们探索了齿与孔配合的过盈量、孔的精度、孔壁表面粗糙度、钎头体表面硬度等因素对固齿效果的影响,并就如何提高钎头的固齿质量和生产率进行了分析。文中所涉及的冷压固齿工艺线及设备的研制,可为我国钎具生产中高效切削法的获得及建立现代化钎头生产线提供参考。
In the study on cold-pressing insertion technology of button bit, the authors have analyzed the influences such factors as fit shrink range between button and hole, hole accuracy, hole wall roughness, surface hardness of bit body on insertion efficiency, and discussed how to increase quality of insertion and productivity. The results of development of the cold-pressing insertion technology and its equipment would be of referential value for developing modern production line of button bit in our country's-drilling tool production.
