摘要
在论述亚硝酸钠发泡机理的过程中,作者指出以往对NH_4NO_2中间体反应机理认识上的不足,着重强调HNO_2的作用机理;推导了气体生成速率和生成量的计算式。计算结果表明,生成速率和生成量均受[NO_2^-]、[H^+]及温度T的影响,但由于这两种离子的快速复合反应对HNO_2的直接贡献,致使反应速率不能充分地控制气体的生成量;为了有效地改善这种状况,引入了特殊性酸进行催化反应。
The author pointed out that in explaining foaming reaction mechanism of sodium mitrite the previous understanding was inadequate. In this paper, the action mechanism of HNO2 was highlighted. Calculation fomula of gas generation rate and volume was derived. Calculation results shown that [NO2-], [H+] and temperature have influence on generating rate and volume. Since [NO2+] and [H+] can quickly compound, the foaming, reaction rate can not fully control gas generation volume. For effective improvement a special acid was added to generate a catalytic reaction.
