摘要
目的 :探讨不同医院护士对职业压力的承受性及其负性情绪与患者情绪状态的相关性 ,为护理人本管理提供科学的理论依据。方法 :应用焦虑和抑郁症状的自评与他评问卷调查法 ,同时对肿瘤医院与综合医院的护士和患者进行测评 ,并使用护士工作压力源量表测试护士工作压力。结果 :护士和患者焦虑抑郁症状发生率均明显高于一般人群 ,但护士和患者间的负性情绪不存在比例关系 ;护士负性情绪与职业压力源呈显著正相关 (r=0 .32 4 ,0 .4 74 ;P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,其中相关系数最大的维度是护理专业及工作方面的问题和病人护理方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题 ,尤其以前两项相关系数最大。结论 :管理者应注重护士行为心理管理 ,协助护士正确认识和舒缓工作压力 ,以促进其身心健康 ,保证护理质量。
Objective: To investigate the negative mood status of nurses and patients in different hospitals. Methods: Mood of the nurses and patients from a tumor hospital and a general hospital were assessed with SDS, SAS and by professional assessment with HAMA and HAMD. Results: The rates of anxiety and depression of nurses and patients were both significantly higher than that of the normal group, however, there was no correlation between the bad mood of the patients and the nurses. Negative mood status of the nurses was significantly associated with job stress (r=0.335, 0.392,P<0.05 or 0.01), among which the nursing specialty, working load and time distribution were highly related factors. Conclusion: Job stress but not mood of patients has influence on mood of nurses.
