摘要
目的 :探讨教师的压力内隐观及压力应对方式 ,为开展压力管理训练提供依据。方法 :采用定性研究的方法 ,对 33名城区小学教师进行半结构式访谈 ,根据压力的多维度概念以及 Folkman和 L azarus压力应对方式分类对访谈内容进行整理和分析。结果 :访谈提示 ,教师普遍把压力看成是“事件”,教师意识中应对压力的主要方法为 ,寻求情感性支持、接受事实和心理、行为逃避。结论 :教师访谈结果提示 ,有必要在教师中间普及压力的知识 ,同时应当提高教师指向问题的压力应对能力。
Objective: To investigate teacher's implicit view of stress and way of coping.Methods:Based on multi-concept of stress and the categories of coping of Folkman & Lazarus theory, 33 teachers in urban primary school received semi-structural interview in a qualitative research.Results:it suggested perceived stress of teacher mainly came from “life event”,the main ways of coping which teacher realized by themselves were seeking emotional support, receiving fact, mental and behavioral avoidance. Conclusion:It is necessary to improve the awareness of knowledge of stress and coping.
