摘要
研究了合金工具钢 9SiCr、W 18Cr4V在脉冲电场作用下球化退火的新工艺。试验结果表明 :9SiCr、W 18Cr4V钢在脉冲电场作用下球化退火的工艺可以相对简化 ,在保证得到良好球状珠光体组织的同时 ,可以降低加热及等温温度 ,并缩短合金工具钢球化退火的保温时间。
New technology of the spherical annealing of alloy tool Steel 9SiCr and W18Cr4V under the effect of impulse electric field was studied. The result showed that the spherical annealing technology can be simplified relatively, while ensuring obtaining well spheroidal pearlitic organization,the heating and isothermal temperature may be cut down and the heat preservation time of spheroidizing annealing of alloy tool steel may be shortened.
