N型渐开线少齿差行星传动接触齿对数的动态实测

摘要 我们采用在行星轮端面贴电阻应变片的办法对内齿轮为输出构件的渐开线少齿差行星传动进行了接触齿对数的动态实测.结果表明:虽然理论重合度ε=0.89,但实际是多对齿同时接触;而且随着载荷的增加,同时接触齿对数越多. By means of sticking the electric-resistance strain pieces on the transverse of the planetary gear,we have done the dynamic test of contact tooth pair numbers of the involute planetary transmission with mi- nor tooth difference in which the internal gear is used as the output member.The result shows that al- though the theoretical contact ratio ε=0.89,effectively many pairs of tooth are contacted at the same time,and the more load rise,the more contact tooth pair numbets increase
