摘要 本文综述了化学发光免疫分析的基本原理及应用。根据标记物的不同 ,化学发光免疫分析主要分为三大类 :化学发光免疫分析 ,化学发光酶免疫分析和电化学发光免疫分析。引用文献 89篇。 The principles and applications of chemiluminescence immunoassay are reviewed. According to the kinds of label: three classes of chemiluminescence immunoassay were described. 89 Papers were cited.
