摘要
本实验观察了常氧及急性低氧条件下,失血性休克早期家兔红细胞免疫功能的变化与红细胞流变性的关系。与对照组比较,常氧休克组红细胞C_3b受体及红细胞免疫复合物花环率上升(p<0.01),红细胞聚集性和变形性降低;低氧休克组红细胞C_2b受体活性降低,红细胞免疫复合物花环率则升高;而红细胞聚集性加强,变形性降低。以上结果提示低氧条件下失血性休克时红细胞免疫功能的改变影响了红细胞的流变性。
The relationship between the chang of red cell immune function and its hemorrhage in early hemorrhagic shock under acute hypoxia and normoxia was observed in the experiment. As compared with the control group,the RBC—C3b receptor and RBC—IC rates of the normoxia shock group got higher (p<0.01),and red cell aggregation index and distortion index were reduced; but the RBC—C3b activity of the hypoxia shock group was markedly lower while RBC—IC rates were increased. The red cell aggregation index was increased and the distortion index reduced. The results showed that the change of red cell immune function affected the red cell hemorrhage in the himorrhagic shock under hypoxia.
