摘要
目的 :调查龙岩市食物中毒发生的规律和特点 ,找出关键控制点 ,提出针对性预防措施。方法 :对不同时间、不同场所、不同中毒食品、不同类型食物中毒及中毒人数等归类统计 ,分析龙岩市 1996~ 2 0 0 2年间发生的 33起食物中毒案例。结果 :7年来我市食物中毒由 1998年中毒起数 10起 ,发病率 4 .1/10万 ,死亡人数 4人降至 2 0 0 2年中毒起数 3起 ,发病率 2 .9/10万 ,无死亡人数 ;中毒起数和死亡人数均以第 3季度最高 ;中毒食品以农药污染的果蔬为最 ;其次是腐败变质的肉及肉制品 ;毒蕈引起的死亡人数最多 ,占总死亡人数的 5 7.1%。食物中毒主要由细菌性、化学性、毒蕈中的自然毒引起。结论 :加强食品卫生的监督、监测 ,加大毒蕈、农药、鼠药的危害性及食品卫生知识的宣传教育 ,科学管理农药、鼠药 。
Objective:To investigate the regularity and characteristics of the food poisoning in Longyan City and to find out the key control point to lay a directly preventive measure.Methods:Analysis based on time,different profession,category of poisoned food,etiological factor,the number of victim etc.According to 33 case of food poisoning statement and investigation repot etc.in Longyan City from 1996 to 2002,categorize statistics and.Results:In the recent seven years,the food poisoning in our city has declined from 10 case of food poisoning,4.1/100 thousand of incidence rate and 4 death in 1998 to 3 case of food poisoning,2.90/100 thousand of incidence rate and no death in 2002.The poisoned cases number and the death number are the largest in the third quarter.Among the cases food poisoning,the number of which caused by vegetables and fruits contaminated by pesticides is the most,the next is decomposed meat and meat ware.Poisonous mushroom caused 57.1% of death because they were not easily identified.Conclusions:Enhancement of supervision and monitoring of foodstuff sanitation strengthening of education on hazard of poisonous mushroom,pesticide and rat drug,and scientific managemeng of the pesticide and rat drug are very important to insure food safety of people.
