摘要
通过建立变换器中电感电流包络和输出电压包络的微分方程,对连续导电模式(CCM)下闭环的PWMbuck变换器起动及输入电压突变时的输出电压的动态特性进行了理论分析,得出了过渡过程中输出电压存在振荡和过冲现象的条件,并推导出了振荡频率、过冲电压发生的时刻和过冲电压的最值。最后采用PSPICE仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
On the basis of differential equations for the envelope of inductance current and output voltage, dynamic behaviors of output voltage of PWM buck converters in starting period and input perturbation are investigated. The conditions leading to oscillation and impulse voltage in the output are obtained. The oscillation frequency and the value of impulse voltage are also discussed. The proposed method is verified by PSPICE simulation and experiment results.
