新时期如何加强医院的文化建设，这是医院现代化建设不容忽视的一项重要内容。一个医院的文化就是一个医院的风格，是她不同于其他医院，并在市场竞争中吸引患者的独特之处。我们深入探讨医院的职责与功能，得出一个结论：突出人文理念，是医院文化建设的新亮点。
Strengthening cultural construction in hospitals is very important for their modern construction in the new era. Culture reflects the style of hospitals and differentiates themselves from other hospitals so that they can attract more patients in the market competition. After we go deeper into the duty and function of hospitals, we can draw a conclusion that stressing humanistic ideas is the new characteristic of cultural construction in hospitals.
