摘要
介绍了PBO纤维的结构特点及部分物理性能 ,研究了影响PBO纤维NOL环干法缠绕成型的几种主要工艺参数 ,对干法及湿法两种成型方法的Φ15 0mm压力容器性能进行了试验研究 ,对其破坏界面进行了电镜分析。结果表明 :干法缠绕成型的Φ15 0mm压力容器的PV/W值最高可达 4 7.5 5km ,湿法缠绕成型的可以达到 6 0 .4 2km。
Structure and partial physical properties of PBO fiber are introduced,and several main parameters affecting the pre-pr eg filament winding technique of NOL rings are studied. The performan ce of Φ150 mm pressure vessel made by pre-preg filament and wet-method are tested and by means of SEM micrographs, their fracture cro ss-sections are analyzed.Experimental results show that PV/W values of the Φ150 mm pressure vessel b y pre-preg and wet-method are 47.55 km and 60.42 km respectively.
