摘要
研究微量碳化硅纤维 /环氧树脂复合吸波材料不同排布的吸波性能。结果表明 :碳化硅纤维吸波性能与纤维的排布间距和纤维含量密切相关 ;正交排布试样的吸波效果总体上优于平行排布试样 ;间距为4mm、纤维含量为 16 0 0根 /束时的正交排布方式获得大于 8GHz、- 10dB以下的反射衰减。
The microwave absorbing properties of SiC fiber composites with different fiber arr engement are studied. Experimatal results show that the absorbi ng properties of SiC fiber composites are affected greatly by the arranged dist ance and content of SiC fibers.The absorbing performance of orthogonally arr anged composites is better than the parallelly arranged composites. In this research, the composites obtained a reflection loss below -10 dB and over 8 GHz bandwidth when arranged distance and content of SiC fiber are 4 mm and 1 600 per bundle respectively.
