摘要
改电炉钢、渣混出的出钢方式为虹吸出钢。具体主要是:出钢口由水平改成30°倾斜;出钢过程中始终保持钢液面高于出钢孔内一端一定距离;通过改变炉坡角度来扩大熔池容积;出钢口大小和位置通过留渣量和留钢量来选取最佳值;出钢操作分始出钢、主出钢和终出钢3个阶段等技术。改后可实现无渣出钢,留钢、留渣操作,达到优化工艺,缩短冶炼时间、降低成本和提高产品质量的目的。
The siphon tapping process has taken the place of-the previous steel-slag mixed tapping method in the electric are furnace operation. Main points of the new process involve: changing the vertical taphole into a 30°inclined hole to hold the level of liquid steel above one end of the taphole in a certain distance during the overall tapping period, expanding volume of the bath by altering the slope angle; selecting the optimum value of size and position for taphole according to retaining slag and steel; separating the tapping operation into three stages i.e. initial tapping, interm- ediate (main) tapping and final tapping. Slag free, slag and steel retaining operation has been achieved since the modification, thus achieving the goal of optimizing process, reducing refining time, cutting down production cost and improving products quality.
