摘要 以废轮胎为实验物料 ,在N2 热等离子体反应器内进行了一系列热解试验。气体产物产率达 40 % ,固体产物产率为 60 % ,气体产物主要成分为CO、H2 、CH4 等可燃气体 。 Thermal plasma pyrolysis of waste tyres for recovering energy and useful chemicals was performed in a nitrogen plasma reactor. Under the experimental conditions, total content of gas product can reach up to 40%; the content of solid residue is 60%. The main gaseous products are H_2, CO, CH_4, C_2H_2 and so on. The pyrolytic carbon black (CB_p) has properties of those of various grades carbon black added during tires manufacture.
