摘要
为研究黄芪保心汤 (主药 :黄芪、丹参、三七、白芥子、胆南星等 )对实验性大鼠急性心肌缺血的预防作用 ,4 0只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、参附汤组和黄芪保心汤组。前 2组每天灌服相应药物 ,后 2组灌服生理盐水 ,14d后垂体后叶素腹腔注射造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型 ,比较各组心电图ST段、LVSP、±dp/dtmax、CK MB、SOD、MDA、TXB2 、6 keto PGF1α、ET、NO等指标。结果 :模型组与正常组相比 ,除CK MB外各项指标均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。参附汤和黄芪保心汤均能提高SOD、NO、6 keto PGF1α的水平 ,降低MDA、ET、TXB2 的水平 ,并能改善缺血引起的心功能及组织形态学和超微结构的改变。两组间相比 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示调节SOD/MDA ,TXB2 / 6 keto PGF1α及ET/NO的平衡 ,可能是黄芪保心汤减轻垂体后叶素性心肌缺血损害的机理之一。
To study the preventive mechanism of “Astragalus Heart-Prote cting Decoction” on acute myocardial ischemia, 40 rats were randomized into fou r groups: normal group, model group, treatment group and control group. The form er two groups were given normal saline, and the latter two groups were respectiv ely given “Shenfu Decoction” and “Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction”. O n the fourteenth day, Pituitrin was intra-abdominally injected in the rats of t he latter three groups. The SD segment in electrocardiogram,±dp/dtmax, CK-MB, SOD, MDA, TXB 2, 6-keto-PGF 1α, ET and NO were detected in all grou ps. Results: Except for CK-MB, the other indexes in normal group were quite dif ferent from those in model group (P<0.05, P<0.01); “Shenfu Decoction” and “Astragalus Heart-Protecting Decoction” could increase the levels of SOD, NO and 6-keto-PGF 1α, and reduce the levels of MDA, ET and TXB 2; they both could also improve the heart functions and microstructures, with no di fference between the two groups (P>0.05). It is concluded that “Astragalus Hear t-Protecting Decoction” can balance SOD/MDA, TXB 2/6-keto-PGF 1α, and ET/NO to improve myocardial ischemia.
