摘要 反义寡核苷酸的研究已进入一个新的阶段 ,有望在抗病毒、抗肿瘤、炎症性疾病方面成为新的药物 ,并且是研究基因功能的一个有用工具。现对反义寡核苷酸的设计、靶位点选择、修饰 。
