摘要
依据稳态圆筒壁法测量导热系数的原理 ,推导出颗粒导热系数测量公式 ,通过试验确定颗粒粒径、材料密度、材料温度与导热系数的关系。采用将细热电偶丝的两极拉成直线 ,直接固定在圆筒上下端面的测温方法 ,保持了物料中温度场的真实性。采用单片机简化了检测电路 ,减少了过多元件的器件噪音 ,系统的可靠性和稳定性高。
The equation for measuring thermal conductivity of particles is derived based on the principle of thermal conductivity measuring with steady cylinder method. A n d the relationship of thermal conductivity of particles to various parameters, s uch as radius, density, temperature is established by experimental data. The st r aightened compensative lead of thermocouple is settled to the side wall of the c ylinder, so the reality of the temperature field is ensured. The reliability an d stability of the measuring system is increased by using of the monolithic proce ssor in order for simplification of the detecting circuit and the noise suppress ion from excessive device.
