摘要
采用模糊数学和自评判模型从综合评价决策的角度研究城市停车设施规划备选方案的优劣。先应用模糊聚类的相似系数法确定6项评价指标;对选定指标进行计算分析,其中难以直接量化者采取模糊相对赋值方法。运用层次分析法以1~9标度计算出各指标的权重值,使判断矩阵满足一致性检验。通过标准化处理各指标的原始数据,定义隶属函数,建立起模糊自评判模型。然后以东莞市为例,对近期停车设施规划方案综合排序决策,取得了良好的效果。
In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive evaluation and judgment,fuzzy math and self-judgment model are introduced to compare urban parking facilities projects.Six evaluation indexes are confirmed with similar coefficient method in fuzzy clustering analysis.Calculation of the indexes is analyzed.Fuzzy relative valuation method is applied to express the indexes that are difficult to quantify directly.According to measurement units from 1 to 9,analytical hierarchy process method is adopted to count the weight values of six indexes.The checkout results prove judging matrix to meet with consistency.Original data of evaluation indexes are disposed in term of standardization.Subjection function is defined.So fuzzy self-judgment model is set up.Then Dongguan is taken as an example to compositor and make comprehensive decision for current parking facilities projects with favorable results.
