摘要
本文报道了平均值在COD3000mg/l和BOD1500mg/l的制革废水经过预沉调节后,采用我单位的三项专利技术,即三相生物流化床——漂浮滤池的工艺,使出水基本达标,即COD在300mg/l左右。容积负荷达10kgCOD_(cr)/m^3·d和6·1kgBOD5/m^3·d。能耗低于活性污泥法。做到了高效节能。
The report has shown that tannery waste water with average COD of
3000mg/l and BOD_5 of 1500 mg/l was treated by applying the new process
of a threephase biological fluidized bed and a floating packings filter,
which are composed of three patents under the center, after pre-settlement
and adjustment. The treated effluent nearly met the Discharge Standard.
that is effluent COD of 300 mg/l. The volumetric organic loading rate
reached 10 kg CODcr/m^3·d and 6.1 kg BOD_5/m^3·d respectively. The
energy consumption of this Process was lower than that of activated
sludge process. The Process has proven to be highly effective and save
energy.
