摘要 以甜瓜属种间杂种 F1 2 n=19,华南型黄瓜 二早子 × Cucumishystrix 为试材 ,对其形态学、细胞学和育性作了观察分析 .结果表明 :该杂种无雌花 ,雄花不能正常开放 ,表现高度不育 .该杂种 F1 长势瘦弱 ,与笔者以前报道的种间杂种 F1 C.hystrix与华北型黄瓜 北京截头 正反交 相比 ,在育性和形态学性状上有明显差异 .花粉母细胞减数分裂观察发现 ,杂种 F1 的终变期和中期 主要以 17条单价体 和 1个二价体 II 存在 ;整个花粉母细胞的减数分裂行为异常 ,经常可见染色体滞后和纺锤丝定向紊乱 ,形成多极染色体 ,末期 II后形成多分体 ,以致不能发育成正常的花粉粒 ,导致杂种 F1 A newly-made interspecific hybrid (F_1) (2n = 2x = 19, CH) from southern China cucumber (“Erzaozi”) (Cucumis sativus L., 2n = 14, CC) and C. hystrix (2n = 24, HH) mating was used in observation of its morphology, fertility and meiosis behaviors. The results indicated that no female flower was observed in the hybrids F_1, and the male flower could not open normally as well due to sterility. There were significant differences between this hybrid and the one previously obtained with different genotype. In pollen mother cells (PMCs) of the hybrids F_1, the majority of chromosome configuration was 17 univalents and 1 bivalent at Metaphse I (M I). The abnormal meiotic behaviors, e.g. chromosome lagging, spindle misorientation, were frequently observed, which led to the formation of multi-polar chromosome groups and highly sterility of the hybrid.
