摘要
目的建立腹壁浅动脉皮瓣一期治疗兔后肢软组织火器伤动物模型,为进一步研究皮瓣或肌皮瓣一期治疗软组织火器性损伤的机理奠定基础。方法使用54式手枪制造兔后肢软组织火器伤,观察伤道入出口大小、骨折与血管伤发生情况、伤道周围骨骼肌组织的病理变化。采用带腹壁浅动脉的皮瓣转移一期修复创面,观察术后伤口愈合情况及愈合时间。结果所有动物致伤后均可见典型软组织火器伤病理改变,未见骨折及较大血管神经损伤。术后皮瓣均成活,伤口达一期愈合。结论本实验成功建立了皮瓣转移一期修复火器伤的动物模型,而且此模型安全、可靠,并有良好的重复性。
Objective:To establish a model of primary repairing soft tissue of gunshot injury of the rabbit’s posterior limb by the flap pedicled with the arteria epigastrica superficialis so as to study its mechanism further Method:Soft tissue gunshot injury of the rabbit’s posterior limb was made with 54 handgun Wound tract dimension,occurrence of fracture,blood vessel injury and the pathologic changes of the skeletal muscle around the wound tract were observed Transference of a flap pedicled with the arteria epigastrica superficialis was performed to repair the wound primarily Recovery of the wound was observed and the healing time was recorded Result:Typical pathologic changes of soft tissue gunshot injury were found in all rabbits without fractures or important vessels or nerves injury All the flaps survived while wounds attained primary healing Conclusion:A safe,reliable and repeatable model of primary repairing gunshot injury with flap is established successfully
