摘要 目的:分离和鉴定阿奇霉素中的相关物质。方法:运用色谱学和波谱学方法分离鉴定阿奇霉素中的相关物质。结果:从阿奇霉素中分离得到4个相关物质,鉴定了其中2个主要相关物质的结构分别为9-脱氧-9α'-氮杂-9α'-甲基-9α'-红霉素A和9-脱氧-9α-氮杂-9α-甲基-3'-氮缺甲基-9α-红霉素A。结论:4个相关物质均为首次从阿奇霉素粗品中分离得到的新化合物,但其中2个有待进一步鉴定。 Objective:To separate and identify related impurities of azithromycin. Methods:Chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were used to isolate and identify the related substances in azithromycin. Results: Four related impurities which were isolated from azithromycin are new products and two of them was identified preliminarily as 9- deoxo -9α' - aza - 9α' - methyl -9α'- homoerythromycin A and 9 - deoxo - 9α- aza -9α- methyl -3' - N -demethyl -9α -homoerythromycin A. Conclusion:The four related substances were obtained from azithromycin for the first time,but it is necessary to be further purified and identified for two other related impurities.
