摘要
以本质纤维素为原料,用硫酸及其盐酸与硫酸之混合酸为水解催化剂,对水解过程进行了模型分析、实验研究及参数估计,确定了其水解反应动力学因子。实验结果表明,在优化的水解条件下(70%(wt)H_2SO_4,50℃,1h),硫酸水解纤维素的得糖率可达87.8%。酸回收可采用电渗析或活性炭吸附分离法。
In this paper the cellulose hydrolysis process,in which high concentrated H2SO4 and H2SO4-HC1 systems are used as catalytic agents, is studied through the model analysis ,parameter estimation and experimental research. The factors of hydrolysis kinetics have been determined. The optimal condition of hydrolysis has been proposed as :70%(wt) H2SO4,50℃.lh, and the sugar yield of cellulose hydrolysis is
87.8%.
