摘要
运用组织化学法检测雌性山羊蠕形螨体内生化物质的分布。致病力研究,光镜见该螨均聚居真皮深层结节中,主要病变是血管扩张,血管周和真皮中有大量炎性细胞浸润;网状、胶原和弹性纤维不同程度减少。透射电镜见表皮层变化不明显,中、重度感染者基底细胞变性,基底膜损坏,黑色素细胞增生;各种感染度的真皮均见巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞;血管周和神经纤维处发生炎性细胞浸润反应。
It was examined that the distribution of biochemical material in the female Demodex caprae by histochemical study. LM examination showed that all stages of the mite inhabited in the nodule in the deep layer of dermis. The main pathologic changes were hyperemia and infiltrated with inflammatory cells in pericapillary and dermis. The reticulum fibers. collagen fibers and elastic fibers decreased in various degree. TEM examination showed no obvious changes in epidermis.The degenerated basement cells, ruined basement membrane and hyperplasia of melanocytes were found in the cases of middle or serious infestation. The macrophages, lymphocytes. monocytes and basophils were found in dermis of various degrees of infestation. The infiltration was foged in the pericapillary and nervous fibers.
