摘要
在网络环境下,如何认识图书馆信息资源的新变化,采取得力措施加强网络信息资源建设,是攸关图书馆生存和发展的首要任务。论述了图书馆网络信息资源建设的重要性和局限性、基本原则和途径,同时对网络信息资源评价的必要性也进行了探讨。
Under the circumstances of network, it is the key task concerning the survival and development of a library how to recognize the new changes in library information resources,and how to take effective measures to reinforce the construction of network information resources. This article states the importance and limitation, basic principle and approaches in constructing network information resources.Meanwhile it probes into the necessity of network information resource evaluation.
