摘要 目的 研究在高原缺氧环境下进行常规和强度训练一年后心功能参数的变化规律。方法 对急速进藏的 60名新兵进行 2 7项心功能参数的追踪检测。结果 ①进藏第一周即出现多项左心收缩功能指标下降 ,3个月后左室收缩功能达到平稳 ;出现心室形态结构改变 ;②右室和主肺动脉内径随进藏时间延长呈逐渐增宽趋势 ;③进藏第 1周始肺动脉瓣及三尖瓣前向血流速度持续加快 ,1年后两瓣口返流出现率由进藏时的 5 3 .3 %增加到 98%。结论 ①高原缺氧环境对心肌有直接损害 ;②新兵训练 3个月后出现心室形态结构改变 ;③一年后肺动脉瓣及三尖瓣峰值流速仍呈加快趋势 ,说明缺氧对右心系统的影响是持续性的。 Objective To investigate the cardiac function and blood flow changes of recruits after one year regular and intensive training under the condition of hypoxia of plateau.Methods Sixty recruits who went to Tibet speedily were selected and twenty-seven parameters of cardiac function and intracardiac blood flow data were examined continuously.Results ①In the first week after the recruits reached Tibet, several indexes related to left ventricular systolic function decreased.In the third month, left ventricular systolic function reached calmness.Recruits' ventricular shape and structure changed.②The diameter of right ventricular and pulmonary artery were widened gradually with the time increasing in Tibet.③One week after the recruits reached Tibet, the peak velocity of tricuspid valve and pulmonary valve increased continuously.Conclusion ①The condition of hypoxia on plateau did harm to cardiac muscle directly and it had nothing to do with the training intensity and with the time who lived in Tibet.②The changes of ventricular shape and structure after three months training is a necessary result that cardiac function had to fit the condition of hypoxia on plateau.③The increasing peak velocity of pulmonary valve and tricuspid valve after one year showed the hypoxia did harm to the right cycle system continuously.
