摘要
本文结合我国高等职业教育的和科技进步现状 ,探讨了高职教师队伍的人文素养、强烈的创新意识、开放意识和研究意识、必备的创业意识和合作精神。
Joining with the conditions of China's higher vocational education and scientific and technological development, this essay argues about strongly humanistic quality and ideologies of creation, openness, research, carrying out as well as cooperation spirits.
