摘要
目的:报告一例孕妇外阴部巨大尖锐湿疣合并梅毒。患者,女,20岁。孕7个月,有婚外性生活史,临床表现为外阴赘生物3个月,逐渐增大成巨大型封住外阴口。病理报告示赘生物为尖锐湿疣,HPV－DNA阳性,梅毒血清学:USR＋,TPPA＋。
We report a case with gaint condyloma acuminatum associated with latentsaphilis in pregnant woman. The clinical presentation is that her vulva had huge warts after her preg-nancy. Laboratory examination: biopsy speciment reveals condyloma acuminatum,the HPV - DNA ofthe specimen also stands the pathologic result. Both of USR and TPPA tests are pesitive. With ourtreatment the patients were cured.
