企业所处环境的复杂性,致使企业时刻面临着危机的存在。因此,危机管理已经成为现代企业不可避免的问题,其中尤以人力资源危机管理引人关注。本文分析了企业人力资源管理中的危机类型并提出解决对策,为企业避免或解决人力资源危机提供帮助。
The environment of the business enterprise is more and more complicated;the crisis may happen everywhere at any time.So the crisis management has become indispensabilily in modern business enterprise,among the human resource of crisis management has caused people concern.This thesis analyzed the crisis category of the human resource management and put forward to strategy,so avoidance every kind of crisis.
