摘要
建立了考虑粗糙度作用并处于流体动压润滑状态下的机械密封理论模型。用理论模型可计算端面摩擦扭矩,并确定密封的润滑状态。以20~#机油为密封介质,测定实际的摩擦扭矩,对理论模型进行了实验验证。此外,还对影响密封端面润滑状态的因素进行了分析。
A eidal model of mechanical seals was estabilished in hydrodynamic situation. Surface roughness effects were considered in this model which we can calculate the friction moment of face seals and determine the lubricating regime of face seals. The model was verified by experiments. We also analyzed the factors effecting the lubricating regime of face seals.
