摘要
本文针对供应链中质量管理的复杂性,描述了质量链的概念和质量链管理的特点,并结合质量链管理的实施框架阐述了质量链管理的研究内容,最后介绍了质量链管理的关键技术。
Based on the complexity of quality management in supply chain, this article describes the concept of quality chain and characteristics of quality chain management, then sets forth the research content of quality chain management combined with implementing frame of quality chain management. At last,it introduces the key technology of quality chain management.
