摘要
考虑多种因素对冲压工艺方案的影响 ,通过总结设计知识 ,吸取专家经验 ,提出了大型复杂冲压件工艺方案评价指标的相对定量计算方法 ,建立了冲压工艺方案总体评价量化模型。
This paper establishes a quantitative evaluating model for stamping process plan of large complicated stampings, which considers the knowledge of process planning and expert's experience of large complicated stampings, and ascertains relatively factors and its ration for the model. The evaluating model has been applied to the self-evaluation process planning system for large complicated stampings.
