摘要
本实验目的在于研究狗颌面高速投射物伤区小血管病理学改变及早期吻合的可能性。发现损伤区小血管有微血栓形成、内皮脱落、中层断裂、炎细胞浸润等病理改变,损伤延伸至距伤道,3cm处的血管。伤区小血管吻合结果提示:早期用伤区损伤的小血管作为组织游离移植的供血及引流血管是可行的,但修复要在伤后3天后进行,血管吻合最好置于距伤道3 cm以外的血管。
This experiment studied the small vessels' pathological changes and the possibility of early anastomosis in maxillofacial region following high velocity missiles wound, provided an experimental foundations for reconstruction of maxillofcial defects wounded by gunshot using free vascularized component tissues transplantation. In term of this experiment we found some small vessels' pathological changes in wound region which are microthrombi formation, endothelial loss, internal elastic membrene break and inflammatory cells infiltratration. The injury range of vessels is 3cm outward from wound edge. The results of anastomosis show us that if we used vascularized free tissues transfer to repair defects in maxillofacial wound region, the pedicel of flap should be lain beyond acm from wound edge, which should be done 3 days after wound.
