摘要
扼要介绍了在酸性介质中用H2O2还原NaClO3制备稳定性二氧化氯的工艺,在该工艺中气态ClO2收率>90%,纯度>98%,吸收率>99%,所得液态稳定性二氧化氯产品有效浓度2%~5%,在40±2℃下6个月内有效浓度几乎不降低,在25℃以下存放期为1.5~2.0年。讨论了用ClO2处理油田回注污水时的杀菌、除硫(H2S,FeS等)、清洗管道、疏通地层作用。在含油28.6mg/L、含硫(S2-)26.2mg/L、含悬浮物28.0mg/L、SRB菌数2500个/mL的纯梁首站污水中,加入稳定性二氧化氯产品使ClO2浓度为12.5mg/L可杀灭全部SRB,使ClO2浓度为5.0mg/L可使SRB菌数降至102个/mL以下,达到行业标准要求。N80钢片在该污水中的腐蚀速率(0.1507mm/a)随ClO2浓度增大而降低,浓度12.5mg/L时最低(0.0251mm/a),浓度再增大时则上升。稳定性二氧化氯产品用作油田回注污水杀菌剂时,其适宜用量视水质等情况而定。图1表3参11。
The manufacture of stabilized ClO_2 solution through reducing Na_2ClO_3 by H_2O_2 in an acidic medium is presented concisely with following technologic parameters established: yield of gaseous Cl_2O>90%; its purity>98%; and its absorbance in solution>99% and the stabilized ClO_2 solution manufactured has concentration of active ClO_2 2—5%, which practically does not lower down at 40±2℃ in 6 months, and has shelf life 1.5—2.0 years at 25℃. The bacteria skilling and surfides removing capacities and washing and blockages relieving functions in treating pipelines and reservoir formations are discussed. In the produced water gathered at head station of Chunliang, Shengli, characterized by oily substances content 28.6 mg/L, sulfide S^(2-) content 26.2 mg/L, suspended solids content 28.0 mg/L, and SRB bacteria population 2500 cell/mL, ClO_2 added at 12.5 mg/L leads to all bacteria SRB killed and at 5.0 mg/L decreases SRB bacteria population to ≤10~2 cell/mL, a norm set up in the trade standard. The corrosion rate of specimen of steel N80 in the produced water decreases with increasing dosage of ClO_2 from a blank value, 0.1507 mm/a, to a minimum, 0.0251 mm/a, at dosage 12.5 mg/L and then increases with furthur increasing ClO_2 dosage. The proper use level of stabilized ClO_2 as bactericide for treating recycled produced water is to be selected in consideration of the quality of the produced water.
