摘要
大豆加工后的副产物,如豆粕、豆渣、黄浆水长期以来没有得到充分利用或仅仅作为饲料或酱油等低附加值产品的原料。现研究发现,这次副产物中含有多种生物活性物质。本文将介绍从豆粕、豆渣、黄浆水中提取这些物质的现状。
By-products of soybean, such as soybean residue and boiling wastewater, have been not taken good advantage for a longtime or they only have been used as raw materials of foodstuff or sauce that have low added value. Resent researches find that these by—products contain many bioactive substances. In this article, the situation of these bioactive substances' pick—up from soybean residue and boiling wastewater is introduced.
