摘要
射孔弹对水泥环和岩层的侵彻是在极短的时间内用极高的压力和速度完成的 ,因此在评价水泥环的抗冲击能力时 ,研究水泥石在高应变率下的动态力学性能极其重要。为了研究在一定温度和压力下的水泥石的动态力学性能和抗射孔冲击能力 ,研制了霍布金森水泥石动态力学性能测试装置与射孔验窜装置。介绍了霍布金森水泥石动态力学性能测试装置的基本原理和测试方法以及射孔验窜装置的设计和试验方法。霍布金森水泥石动态力学性能测试装置可以定量测定水泥石材料的动态力学性能 ,并通过射孔验窜试验装置对水泥环的抗射孔冲击能力进行评价 ,总结出了射孔对水泥环破坏的 3个主要原因 ,并以动态弹性模量、水泥石破碎吸收能和水泥石动态断裂韧性作为评价参数 ,为水泥石材料的力学性能研究提供了科学的检测评价方法。利用该套试验装置可以进行提高水泥环韧性的试验研究、提高固井水泥石抗冲击能力的外加剂研究、分析射孔对水泥环损伤的原因 ,提出油井水泥石改性途径 ,给出水泥环抗冲击性能的临界力学指标等试验研究。
Penetration to the cement sheath and the rock by a penetrating bullet is completed under extrahigh pressure, at a terrific velocity in a ultra short time, so when studying the anti-percussion ability of the cement sheath, evaluation on the dynamic properties of the cement stone at high strain rate become an important issue. Cement stone dynamic properties testing instrument and perforating channeling testing instrument were developed based on Hopkinon Spill Pressure Bar. In this paper, basic principle and testing method of the former one and the design and testing method of the latter were in troduced. Dynamic properties of cement stone material could be quantitatively identified by the cement stone dynamic properties testing instrument, and the perforating percussion resisting ability could be evaluated by the perforating channeling testing instrument. Taking dynamic elasticity modulus, crashing absor ption energy and dynamic fracture toughness as three evaluation parameters, these two instruments provide scientific method for research on dynamic properties of cement stone materials, which is benefitable for improving cement sheath toughness, selecting additives to perfect percussion resistivity of cement stone, analyzing causes of cement sheath damage by perforation, modifying the stone, and presenting critic indexes for assessment.
