摘要
植物单宁的多元酚结构具有独特的化学性质 ,能与多种金属离子发生络合或静电作用 ;具有还原性和捕捉自由基的活性 ;具有两亲结构和诸多衍生化反应活性等。因其在使用中具有不耐温、不耐盐等较多缺陷 ,无法适用于特殊复杂的地层 ,但是通过对其改性 ,可以拓宽其应用范围。例如 :以栲胶为原料通过加入改性剂和改性天然材料制成的钻井液降粘剂和降滤失剂 ,因其性能良好被广泛应用。介绍了国内研究人员对栲胶进行改性的成果 ,提出了栲胶在油田钻井液处理剂应用中的发展前景 ,即 :经改性或复配后的栲胶类钻井液处理剂性能优良 ,可用于超深井 ;栲胶可以用于除氧、防腐等多种用途 ;落叶松栲胶经改性后可耐 2 5 0℃的高温 ,耐酸、碱、盐能力强 ,能用于 8× 10 4mg/L的高矿化度地层。
The polyhydric phenol structure in plant tannins molecule exhibit peculiar chemical characteristic, including complexion or eletrostatically interacting with many metallic ions, reducibility and activity to capture free radicals, amphiphilic structure and several derivation activities, et al.. But it has limitation in complex formation drilling for its natural thermal instability and high sensitivity to salt contamination,whereas tannin could he modified to widen its using fields. For example, in the fining process of quebracho, modifier and other modified natural material are added in to produce qualified thinner and filtrate reducer for drilling fluid. In this paper, modification fruits of quebracho by domestic researches are introduced, and application prospect of quebracho is put forward also, that is. the modified or compounded quebracho used as drilling fluid additives have excellent properties, which qualified them to service in ultradeep drilling. They may be used as oxygen scavenger, anti-corrosive agent and other additives, the thermal stability of deciduous pine quebracho may be increased up to 250 ℃, the anti-acid, alkali and salt contamination ability is strong, which make it work well in high salinity( up to 8104 rag/L) formation.
