摘要
分析了蔗渣爆破法制浆爆破因子对爆破工艺过程的控制和影响。实验表明 ,对蔗渣原料优化出合适的爆破因子有利于制定适宜的制浆工艺条件 ,以便抄造达到国家A级标准的瓦楞原纸 ,减少废水污染负荷 ,达到制浆清洁生产的目的。
The influence of explosive factor on explosion process control in bagasse explosion pulping was studied. The results indicated that as long as the optimal explosive factor was set up, the proper pulping technology conditions could be decided, high strength corrugating medium which meeted the national “A” standard could be produced, the pollution load of the effluent could be reduced therefore the cleaner pulping process can be realized.
