高温高湿环境下运动对人体生理指标影响的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究高温高湿环境下运动对人体相关生理指标的影响情况,为今后战士的训练和临床治疗提供理论依据。方法随机选取南沙巡防区战士90名,分为三组,老战士组、新战士组、新战士服药组(口服乌拉地尔片剂),在高温高湿环境下20min内跑步3000m,测定跑步前后的有关生理指标等的改变。结果跑步前三组之间的体温、血压和脉搏没有显著差别,跑步后三组战士之间体温和脉搏差别显著,而血压没有显著差别。结论高温高湿环境下人体有关生理指标的影响较大,新老战士由于在此环境下生活时间长短不同,因而出现的耐受和适应情况不同,口服乌拉地尔片剂可以减少运动前后的生理指标改变的幅度。 Objective:To investigate the effects on physiological index under hyperthermia and high humidity en-vironment and to provide basis for the training of soldiers and treatment on clinical patients.Methods:90soldiers were randomly shared in three groups and they run for3000m within20minutes under hyperthermia and high hu-midity environment.Their physiological index were observed before and after the exercise.Results:There were no significant difference in temperature,blood pressure and pulse among the three groups before the exercise but sig-nificant difference in temperature and pulse after the exercise.There were also no significant difference in blood pressure even after the exercise.Conclusions:Hyperthermia and high humidity have district effects on temperature and pulse of human.There are significant difference among the three groups because old soldiers live longer and are more adaptive under thermal and humidity enviroment than new soldiers.Meanwhile the urapidil can change the metabolism and reduce the fluctuation of physiological index of human.
