婴幼儿心脏直视术后机械通气管理106例临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结婴幼儿先天性心脏病心内直视手术后呼吸机的应用.方法回顾我院2000年1月~2003年10月106例婴幼儿先心病术后机械通气情况,将不同病种、年龄及体重术后机械通气时间及生存情况进行分析比较.结果全组术后机械通气时间2~78 h,平均10.1 h.低体重儿组、小婴儿组及心内畸形复杂组术后机械通气时间较长,易出现呼吸机依赖,脱机困难;对一般先心病组,我们在其全麻清醒后及早拔管,尽量减少机械通气所带来的并发症.结论婴幼儿心内直视术后机械通气有其自身特殊性,根据患儿的病情设置周密完善的方案,有助于提高婴幼儿手术成功率. Objectvie:To summarize the clinical application of postoperative mechanical ventilation on infants with congenital heart diseases.Methods:Reviewed the situation of postoperative mechanical ventilation on106in-fants with congenital heart disease from January,2000to October,2003to analize and compare the time of postop-erative mechanical ventilation and the survival situation among different kinds of heart diseases,ages and weights.Results:The ventilating time varied from2hours to78hours,with the mean time10.1hours.The time of the groups of low weight,little age and complex congenital deformity was longer than the other groups.It was easy for them to depend on mechanical ventilation.For ordinary group of congenital heart disease we pulled out pipe as soon as possible after they regained consciousness to reduce postoperative complications.Conclusion:Mechanical ventila-tion in postoperative cardiac performance for infants has it' s own characters.To make a perfect design according to ill infants will help to improve the rate of success of operation.
