摘要  研究纳米硅溶胶改性剂对水溶性丙烯酸树脂和钼酸盐组成的有机复合膜微观形貌及腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,含有硅溶胶的有机物钝化膜耐蚀性能优于丙烯酸树脂与钼酸盐组成的钝化膜,对镀锌层腐蚀具有良好的抑制作用。这是因为纳米硅溶胶粒子不仅降低了有机物钝化膜的通透性,阻滞了引发腐蚀的物质穿入膜内,而且,它还能与锌离子结合生成硅酸锌,吸附于镀锌层表面,起到与沉积膜型缓蚀剂相同的效果。 Effects of nano silicon sol on micro-morphology and corrosion behavior of organic composite film made up of water soluble acrylic resin and molybdate were investigated. The result indicates that the organic passivating films including nano silicon sol shows better corrosion resistance than which added no nano-SiO_2 particles, and provide superior corrosion inhibition for galvanizing coating. The reason is that nano silicon sol particles not only provides the lowest permeability for corrodent, retarding them to permeate, but also can be combined with zinc ion to form zinc silicate, which can be absorbed on the surface of galvanized coating, and have the same passivating mechanism with the deposited film corrosion inhibitor.
