摘要
目的:研究木贼提取物对血小板聚集和血栓形成的影响,以期为脑卒中预防ntg药物干预提供实验基础。方法:实验于2004-06/07在锦州医学院药理学教研室完成。选用SD大鼠30只,以二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原和凝血酶作诱导剂诱导血小板聚集,按比浊法用TYXN-96系列多功能智能血液凝集仪测定大鼠血小板聚集率;用血栓法测定大鼠血栓重量。结果:按1.0g/kg,3.0g/kg,10.0g/kg的木贼提取物给大鼠灌胃,均能抑制ADP、胶原和凝血酶诱导的大鼠血小板聚集,并能减轻血栓的重量。以上两种作用均呈现明显的剂量依赖性。结论:木贼提取物具有明显的抗血小板聚集及抗血栓形成的作用。
AIM:To study the effects of the extract of Equisetum Hiemale on platelet aggregation and thrombosis so as to provide experimental basis for preventive drug intervention of stroke. METHODS:The experiment was completed in the Laboratory of Pharmacology, Jinzhou Medical College from June 2004 to July 2004.Thirty SD rats were selected. The platelet aggregation was induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP),collagen and thrombin. The rate of platelet aggregation was assayed by turbidity method with a multi functional intelligence blood condense meter. The weight of thrombi was determined by venous bypass method. RESULTS: Extract of Equisetum Hiemale at dosages of 1.0, 3.0 and 10.0 g/kg was intragastrically administered to rats. The solution extracted from Equisetum Hiemale could inhibit platelet aggregation in rats induced by ADP,collagen and thrombin, and diminish the weight of thrombin. The both effects mentioned above showed a dose response correlation. CONCLUTION: The solution extracted from Equisetum Hiemale can remarkably inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombosis in rats.
