摘要
本文研究了柔性、投资和绩效之间的关系。投资柔性的目的是提高企业绩效,但是投资只是获得柔性的一个必要条件,而不是充分条件,有效地管理技术、人力资源、业务流程、营销、财务等多方面因素集成的适度柔性才能获得理想的绩效。投资和绩效的平衡是企业进一步投资的动力。
In this paper we explore the relationship between flexibility, investment and performance. It is also pointed out that investment is only a prerequisite for the attainment of flexibility, but not a sufficient. How to apply flexibility to an appropriate extent and to reach the balance between cost and benefit is of difficulty for firms. The research indicates that the attainment of flexibility is not a direct result of the investment in technology, human resource, marketing and other aspects individually, while it is one integrated. Last but not least, the balance between investment and performance is the impetus for the firm to make further investment in flexibility.
