摘要
地方高校图书馆目前仍以传统文献服务为主,同时逐步开展现代化信息服务。为了保证图书馆服务功能的正常发挥,目前要解决更新馆员服务观念,提高馆员素质,搞好图书馆读者教育等问题。
The local college libraries still provide traditional document services as their main function, but the modern information services are also provided. In order to ensure the local college' s normal service function, three problems that should be solved are pointed out, that is to update the librarians'service concept, to improve the librarians'diathesis and to do well the readers'education.
